Universal Printer - ERROR: undefined - blank PDF document

The user tries to print a local PDF document,

• and receives a blank pdf on page 1
• and displays the following text in the page 2 :

ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: eexec
STACK:
/quit
-dictionary-
-mark- 
on page 2

This is not a Universal Printer issue.

The issue is due to password protected pdf.
The user must make sure that he opens the PDF with the proper password.
